Strim Chopping Board

STRIM is a chopping board that keeps the food separate from the excess liquid that often slows down various cutting tasks.
Soft and lightweight, the chopping board has drip channels of graduating depth, designed to keep liquids from spreading on the countertop, whether you are cutting juicy vegetables, fresh fruit or meats. Despite serving a highly functional purpose, the channels add a delicate aesthetic touch to the board and enhance the already pleasant sensorial experience.
The chopping board is CNC cut in beech and treated with oil. The shape of the board follows clean-cut lateral lines that allow an easy grip, but also contribute to an elegant aspect and easy stackability.
